How to Make a Complaint
If you have a concern, please contact us in the first instance so we can try to resolve the issue informally. You may raise your complaint by writing or emailing:

What Happens Next
We will:
- acknowledge your complaint promptly;
- review the matter carefully and fairly; and
- provide a written response setting out our findings and any proposed resolution.
If appropriate, we may request further information to assist our review.
Legal Ombudsman
If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may refer the matter to the Legal Ombudsman, an independent organisation that investigates complaints about legal services.
You must normally refer your complaint:
- within six months of receiving our final written response; and
- no more than six years from the act or omission complained of, or three years from when you should reasonably have known there was cause for complaint.
