Her career also includes senior in-house roles in banking and real estate, giving her valuable commercial insight into how businesses operate in practice.

At Ranjay Solicitors, Kehinde leads on Personal Injury and Civil/Commercial Litigation and oversees legal compliance, ethics, and supervision across the practice.

At Ranjay Solicitors, Tej leads the firm's Landlord & Tenant practice, supports Family Law matters, and manages the firm's operations, finance and compliance. His unique blend of legal and commercial expertise ensures clients receive advice that is both practically sound and strategically considered.
